A group of students and faculty from Missouri S&T’s Enterprise Resource Planning program attended Deloitte’s Next Generation SAP Analytics event on Friday, April 22 at Deloitte’s St. Louis offices. This event was designed and corridated by Mr. Roel Harryvan, Director of Deloitte SAP, and Ms. Misa Rawlins, Chief of Staff, to bring ERP faculty and students from leading Missouri universities together in an educational collaboration with Deloitte.
Mr. Jan Waals, Deloitte SAP National Lead, and Deloitte executives welcomed faculty and students. During the event, students learned about Deloitte’s HIVE (Highly Immersive Visual Environment) created by the firm’s analytics team, the power and speed of SAP S/4 HANA, and were also engaged in a presentation given by Deloitte’s director of SAP HANA analytics, Chris Dinkel.
Dinkel talked about the Deloitte Greenhouse and the various projects that had come out of it. He also gave an overview and discussed Insight Driven Organizations and how they can be used to redefine the strategies, people, processes, data, and technologies behind organizations.
Attending this event was Dr. Bih-Ru Lea, Dr. Craig Claybaugh, Samual Holtmeier, Jessica Phung, Robin Ramsey, Christopher Moody, Bonnie Wilt, and Lorenzo Lewis.
